She began her career at Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital and progressively advanced into leadership positions within Skilled Nursing Facilities, where she currently serves as Director of Nursing. As a doctorate candidate, she is focused on advancing healthcare systems through education, leadership, and performance improvement. Christine has played a key role in building high-impact clinical training environments, particularly supporting international medical graduates (IMGs) and interdisciplinary teams. Her work emphasizes communication, leadership development, and real-world clinical readiness, helping bridge gaps between education and practice. She is known for fostering collaborative healthcare cultures where both clinicians and trainees grow together—driving improved patient care, stronger teams, and scalable workforce models.
Dr. Dinesh Sethi is a board-certified internal medicine physician and geriatrician with over 30 years of experience in patient care and medical education. He serves as Medical Director within Skilled Nursing Facility settings, overseeing clinical quality, interdisciplinary care coordination, and regulatory alignment across post-acute care environments. He is also the Program Director for Geriatrics at Mount Sinai South Nassau, where he leads physician training with a focus on geriatric care, complex patient management, and real-world clinical readiness. With extensive experience in rehabilitation centers and assisted living facilities, his work bridges clinical excellence with education, developing physicians and care teams who are equipped to navigate modern healthcare systems with strong communication, leadership, and patient-centered care principles.
